My Pottermore Profile

I am a huge fan of Harry Potter since I was a kid. Even though my love towards Harry Potter faded for a little while as I entered high school, I found myself being interested in it again once J.K Rowling made a comeback with her new book, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
In this post, I am going to reveal my Pottermore profile (because I am a book enthusiast and a Potterhead, you have no other choice other than to deal with it).

My Hogwarts House
In Hogwarts, they have this housing system in which the students are sorted (should I say separated?) based on their qualities they valued rather than the qualities they exhibited. The Sorting Hat is the one to do the job once the students begin their first year in Hogwarts. There are four houses.
Each and one of them has different founder (and I am not gonna write the founders' names here because it's 2017 and we have Google).
And I was sorted into the Ravenclaw House! (Ravenclaw pride!)

"Without wishing to boast, this is the house where the cleverest witches and wizards live." —Prefect Robert Hilliard

Ravenclaw Traits:  Intelligence, Wit, Wisdom, Creativity, Originality, Individuality, Acceptance

My Ilvermorny House
I honestly don't know much about Ilvermorny School because it's based in North America. Just like Hogwarts, Ilvermorny has four houses too.
And I was sorted into Horned Serpent! (Not bad because its connection with my Ravenclaw traits makes sense)

"Horned Serpent house is sometimes considered to represent the mind of a witch or wizard. It is also said that Horned Serpent favours scholars." —Pottermore

Horned Serpent Traits: Represents the mind. Favours scholars.
My Patronus
A patronus is a defensive charm in the form of silvery-white light that protect or guard one from danger. It takes the shape of a certain animal. My patronus is Ocicat! (I'm a crazy cat lady myself.)

"Those with this patronus are playful in nature and independent. This patronus is common in Ravenclaw, Slytherin and Hufflepuff." —patronusmeaning

My Wand
Wand is a must in the wizarding world, duh! Wands are made specifically based on one's character. If your character is lacking, you will usually get an abnormally short wand.
I've got a wand named Laurel! (Welcome home, Laurel)

"...a laurel wand cannot perform a dishonourable act, although in the quest for glory..." —Pottermore

I enjoyed writing this post as much as I enjoy Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts. This post is also made to show how much I'm into fantasy-themed books and films and to appreciate J.K Rowling for writing such wonderful, and indeed magical books *throws mini paper hearts*. I hope there will be more of J.K Rowling works in the future because honestly, I still can't move on from fantasizing being in Hogwarts.

Get immersed in the magical world at Pottermore now! You won't regret it (unless you have no interest in it lol).

That is all for today's post huhu bye.
